Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of leadership experience or equivalent military service
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to make decisions quickly and solve problems
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
Job Qualifications
- HSD or GED preferred
- A passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Minimum of one year experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or U.S. Military Service
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Skill to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellence and workplace safety
Job Duties
- Take action first with leadership in employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks effectively and reporting outcomes
- Lead the restaurant experience by supporting the General Manager to meet performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and new menu implementation
- Manage people by hiring, training, and scheduling staff to achieve sales and profit goals
- Drive exceptional service by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas for outstanding customer experiences
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
