Job Requirements
- Must want to have fun serving great food
- Must have at least one year of restaurant/retail management experience
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Must have basic business math skills
- Must possess good communication skills
- Must be comfortable with learning new technology
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, use hands and arms for reaching and grasping
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to see, hear, and talk
- Must be able to work in cold or hot environments
- Must be able to work in close proximity to others
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of restaurant/retail management experience, including Profit & Loss responsibility
- ServSafe certified
- Basic business math skills
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide a great employee experience
- Demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence
- Recognize and motivate team members
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling Success Routines
- Prioritize customer needs
- Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception
- Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence
- Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance and providing feedback
- Address employee relations issues and determine resolutions
- Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members
- Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management
