Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • minimum one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in selecting, training, and retaining top talent
  • execute the performance management process to ensure employee accountability
  • partner with the GM and Human Resources to resolve employee relations activities and ensure compliance with regulations
  • monitor and provide training on all job duties for every shift throughout the restaurant
  • supervise the restaurant by examining station and customer activities
  • work assigned schedules to cover all day parts including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night, and weekends
  • role model customer-focused culture by resolving customer issues and training employees
  • coach shifts and hold team accountable to core operational procedures
  • assist GM in creating schedules and completing inventory orders
  • ensure food safety standards are met through direct observation
  • partner with GM to implement restaurant plans and marketing initiatives
  • analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables to meet margin and sales targets
  • communicate effectively with team members, guests, vendors, and visitors
  • perform additional duties as needed to keep restaurant clean, safe, and operating efficiently
