This role also involves regular interaction with guests to gather feedback on their experiences, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount.

In addition to leadership and operational responsibilities, this job includes physical demands such as the ability to walk and stand for extended periods and requires up to 10% travel outside the local area, often involving overnight stays. This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate depending on market and state, with additional benefits that foster employee well-being and professional development. OTO Development is committed to providing comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, life insurance, tuition assistance, paid time off, paid holidays, and travel discounts, supporting the holistic needs of their team members.
