Job Duties
- Take action first: lead employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented: delegate tasks and report results
- Lead the experience: support the general manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
