Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of experience leading, motivating or developing others or US military service
  • Passion for helping and serving customers and team members
  • Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to safety and excellence in the workplace
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Results-oriented approach with effective delegation skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise kitchen operations focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit objectives
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and organize key service areas
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
