Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by delegating tasks effectively and reporting results
  • Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to meet restaurant performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu item implementation
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
  • Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
