Job Requirements

  • HSD or GED preferred
  • 1+ years experience leading, motivating or developing others or US Military service
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Be results oriented by delegating tasks to team members and reporting results
  • Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu implementation
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff is trained and organizing key service areas
  • Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
