Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • Knowledge of FOH operations and beverage program management
  • Ability to work in fast-paced high volume environments
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and labor laws
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Passionate about creating memorable dining experiences
  • Resilient in stressful situations and able to handle last minute requests
  • Over 3 years of managerial experience in full service, high-volume restaurants
  • Advanced understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Self-motivated with aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Run high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality, service, and presentation are up to standards
  • Perform precise line checks and facility walks and participate in EcoSure and health inspections with BOH to ensure safe production environment
  • Manage all FOH employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and development
  • Plan, assign, and direct work, perform performance appraisals, and handle rewards and disciplinary actions
  • Manage FOH employee schedules and report payroll hours compliant with company standards and state laws
  • Manage beverage program including inventory management, ordering, cost control, and training
  • Facilitate formal and informal development channels for management and key hourly team members
