Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
  • prior cash handling experience necessary
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • computer experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 1 year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office

Job Duties

  • Assist the Front Office Manager with daily front desk operations
  • manage and lead front office staff during the evening shift
  • ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures
  • handle cash transactions accurately
  • communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • resolve guest concerns promptly
  • oversee and support training of front office personnel
