Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
- ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
- prior cash handling experience necessary
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
- computer experience required

- Assist the Front Office Manager with daily front desk operations
- manage and lead front office staff during the evening shift
- ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures
- handle cash transactions accurately
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- resolve guest concerns promptly
- oversee and support training of front office personnel
