Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, personalized welcome to owners and guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle VIP guests and special requests, ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Residence Club amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of Front Desk, Operator, and Guest Service Attendant teams, promoting a culture of excellence in guest service
  • Supervise adherence to Four Seasons Standards for Guest Services Attendants and Guest Experience Concierge
  • Prepare staff schedules and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness for owners and guests
  • Ensure consistent service techniques for check-in, check-out, and in-villa orientations
  • Utilize property management systems for complex check-in/out functions, reservations, room blocking, housekeeping status updates, posting adjustments, notes, and availability checks
