Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage culinary or related professional area
  • Or 2-year degree in relevant field with minimum 1 year experience
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports
  • Proficient in operating food and beverage equipment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must be able to work on-site at Indian Wells California
  • Available for full-time schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
  • Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management Hotel and Restaurant Management Hospitality Business Administration or related major with 1 year experience
  • Knowledge of brand specific service culture
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and proactive guest concern resolution
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of budget management payroll and operating statements

Job Duties

  • Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies cleaning supplies and uniforms
  • Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations and ensure compliance with policies standards and procedures
  • Support and supervise an effective monthly self-inspection program
  • Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunction
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service operational needs and financial objectives
  • Encourage and build mutual trust respect and cooperation among team members
  • Develop goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish work
