Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage culinary or related professional area
- Or 2-year degree in relevant field with minimum 1 year experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports
- Proficient in operating food and beverage equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to work on-site at Indian Wells California
- Available for full-time schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in food and beverage culinary or related area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management Hotel and Restaurant Management Hospitality Business Administration or related major with 1 year experience
- Knowledge of brand specific service culture
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and proactive guest concern resolution
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of budget management payroll and operating statements
Job Duties
- Assist in ordering food and beverage supplies cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations and ensure compliance with policies standards and procedures
- Support and supervise an effective monthly self-inspection program
- Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunction
- Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service operational needs and financial objectives
- Encourage and build mutual trust respect and cooperation among team members
- Develop goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish work
