Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years in food and beverage management
  • strong communication and analytical skills
  • ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
  • age requirement to serve alcohol in California
  • commitment to food safety standards
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • physical stamina for standing and walking extended periods
  • ability to occasionally oversee multiple outlets
  • excellent organizational skills
  • team player with leadership capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years in food and beverage management position
  • wine and beverage knowledge preferred

  • ability to work flexible work schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnights
  • commitment to follow food safety protocols
  • must be of age to serve and pour alcohol in California
  • comfortable working with technology including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • excellent planning and organizing skills
  • physical ability to push, pull, and carry moderate weight and stand or walk for long periods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee scheduling and forecasting for food and beverage outlets
  • train and coach front-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as operating procedures
  • coordinate special events within the hotel
  • handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • assist with weekly payroll and tip distribution
  • occasionally oversee other food and beverage outlets during high-demand periods
