Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience in hospitality or food and beverage management
- flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform side work as needed
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency in micros operating system
- willingness to learn and maintain company service standards
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- work closely with the restaurant general manager to oversee daily operations
- lead organization and scheduling of restaurant and bar staff
- train and mentor new and existing employees to meet service standards
- ensure delivery of high-quality guest service and satisfaction
- manage reservations and guest seating when necessary
- handle administrative tasks including staff administration
- maintain compliance with operational policies and procedures
