Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years experience in hospitality or food and beverage management
  • flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to perform side work as needed
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in micros operating system
  • willingness to learn and maintain company service standards
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in restaurant or bar management
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent personal presentation and communication abilities
  • familiarity with micros operating system
  • ability to perform and uphold four seasons service standards
  • knowledge of sequence of service protocols
  • outgoing personality with a customer-focused attitude

Job Duties

  • work closely with the restaurant general manager to oversee daily operations
  • lead organization and scheduling of restaurant and bar staff
  • train and mentor new and existing employees to meet service standards
  • ensure delivery of high-quality guest service and satisfaction
  • manage reservations and guest seating when necessary
  • handle administrative tasks including staff administration
  • maintain compliance with operational policies and procedures
