Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hotel housekeeping supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must wear proper uniform and name tag
  • Valid drivers license and proof of insurance if applicable
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures
  • Strong commitment to guest service
  • Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or related role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedures
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards

Job Duties

  • Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management
  • Ensure training objectives and development plans are completed
  • Inspect every room, every day
  • Follow daily checklist
  • Continuous training of staff, sending employees back to rooms to correct errors
  • Maintain guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel
  • Personally demonstrate a commitment to guest service by responding to guests needs
