Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in hotel housekeeping supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must wear proper uniform and name tag
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance if applicable
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of emergency procedures
- Strong commitment to guest service
- Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or related role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management
- Ensure training objectives and development plans are completed
- Inspect every room, every day
- Follow daily checklist
- Continuous training of staff, sending employees back to rooms to correct errors
- Maintain guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel
- Personally demonstrate a commitment to guest service by responding to guests needs
