Job Duties
- Managing the housekeeping team
- Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department including laundry and public areas
- Maintaining cleanliness by ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards
- Monitoring and assisting housekeeping staff in their daily duties
- Informing housekeeping managers of any discrepancies
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with quality standards
- Maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment
- Training staff to meet and exceed service standards
