Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of three years of professional event management experience
- Familiarity with university event settings highly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency with Eventbrite and Cvent
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Assists in booking and managing time and space for each event
- Maintains updated email lists and registrant databases through coordination with the IT group
- Works with Events Manager to plan menus and arrange catering
- Collaborates with Events Manager and Marketing Team to execute registration processes
- Aids in planning event logistics
- Helps recruit and manage graduate assistants for event support
- Creates approved runs of shows for events
- Organizes and transports event supplies
- Assists with on-site check-in setup, signage, and reserved seating
- Manages creation, printing, and distribution of attendee badges
- Supports check-in processes at events
- Provides daily registration reports to Events Manager and Marketing Team
- Attends run-throughs and tech checks for both on-site and online events
- Assists marketing staff with event-related tasks during downtime
