Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and five years of appropriate experience
- Or a high school diploma and nine years of appropriate experience
- Relevant college coursework may substitute at an equivalent rate for experience
- Management or leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency with office productivity software is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to interpret and apply university and UFPA policies and procedures
- Capacity to work collaboratively in diverse teams

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and five years of relevant experience
- Or a high school diploma and nine years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated management or leadership experience in performing arts or event management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective group presentation and meeting leadership abilities
- Ability to resolve challenges efficiently and effectively
- Experience in customer service and event services
- Familiarity with venue management practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
Job Duties
- Supervise service coordinator positions to set expectations and ensure performance requirements
- Maintain and upgrade information resource systems including labor scheduling and time reporting
- Develop and manage training and preparation resources such as event specifications and communication templates
- Collaborate with UFPA Technical Director, Venue Managers, and event services teams to plan events and synthesize related information
- Communicate ongoing event information to UFPA employees, volunteers, and external stakeholders
- Provide support and substitution for UFPA Director of Operations including client engagement and venue management
- Perform additional duties as assigned by UFPA Director of Operations and UFPA Director
