Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations management
- Prior oversight of multiple dining venues
- Knowledge of current service styles and techniques
- Working knowledge of budgets and reporting
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain
- Ability to manage and train a team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Effective communication and financial judgment
- Willingness and ability to obtain Food Handlers certification
- Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations management in high quality restaurant, club, hotel, or senior living company
- Prior oversight of multiple venues
- Knowledge of current service styles and techniques
- Working knowledge of budgets and reporting
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- Associate's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business preferred
- Ability to manage, train and create a high-performing team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Effective communication, judgment, financial acumen and social skills
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain
- Willingness and ability to obtain Food Handlers certification as required
Job Duties
- Provide direction and oversight to Vi's dining venues including the Care Center
- Ensure staff delivers high quality dining experience for residents and guests
- Manage and train a high-performing dining operations team
- Oversee multiple dining venues to maintain consistent operational excellence
- Develop and manage budgets and reporting for dining operations
- Apply knowledge of current service styles and techniques in service delivery
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management to uphold dining standards
