Job Duties
- Supervision of three professionals including accounts payable and accounts receivable employees
- Coordination of 14 million dollar per annum master teacher payment process to over 700 master teachers across the state
- Troubleshooting and correction of account balance issues
- Financial oversight of SUNY's PRODiG Program payments and account management in partnership with the office of diversity equity and inclusion
- Work with other New York State agencies to create and submit for approval state financial system interagency journals
- Provision of payment spending plan updates to the university controller's office for all sub-allocations
- Oversight review and pre-approval of requests for travel
