Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in multifamily or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in organizational skills
  • Proficient in Yardi or other multifamily software
  • Property management designation such as NALP, CAM, CPM, or CAPS is a plus
  • Positive and proactive attitude

Job Duties

  • Lead the leasing and renewal process, engaging with prospective and existing residents
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitor pricing, and new developments
  • Act as the right hand to the Community Manager, providing leadership and supervision to the office, service, and concierge teams
  • Manage outreach efforts with local businesses and non-profits
  • Oversee rent collection, accounts receivable, renewal processes, and ensure accurate lease documentation
  • Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail
