- 3-5 years of experience in multifamily or hospitality management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in organizational skills
- Proficient in Yardi or other multifamily software
- Property management designation such as NALP, CAM, CPM, or CAPS is a plus
- Positive and proactive attitude

Job Duties
- Lead the leasing and renewal process, engaging with prospective and existing residents
- Stay informed about market conditions, competitor pricing, and new developments
- Act as the right hand to the Community Manager, providing leadership and supervision to the office, service, and concierge teams
- Manage outreach efforts with local businesses and non-profits
- Oversee rent collection, accounts receivable, renewal processes, and ensure accurate lease documentation
- Address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail
