  • master's degree in related field preferred
  • previous collegiate athletic experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with W Club staff to understand goals, themes, and desired outcomes for alumni events
  • assist with event logistics, including registration, marketing, catering coordination, venue setup, and day-of execution
  • conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and support continuous improvement
  • support alumni service initiatives, including partnerships with Badger Athlete Alumni Supporting Kids (BAASK)
  • implement marketing strategies that increase alumni engagement and visibility of the W Club
  • create digital content and campaigns that highlight alumni stories and strengthen brand awareness
  • design marketing materials such as graphics, email communications, and social media content
  • maintain and update letterwinner data
  • use analytics to inform communication, outreach, and event planning
  • utilize platforms such as Salesforce, Cvent, Podium X, Canva, G Suite, and other designated systems to support engagement efforts
  • assist in the development and execution of community service initiatives aligned with departmental strategic priorities
  • support and advance Badgers Give Back, Wisconsin Athletics' community engagement platform
  • design and coordinate service opportunities connecting student-athletes, alumni, staff, and community partners
  • oversee community access and impact programs, including the youth ticket program and Wisconsin Athletics donation program, ensuring alignment with strategy and measurable outcomes
  • track participation metrics and assess program effectiveness
  • serve as a liaison between Alumni Relations and Engagement & Community Outreach to identify collaborative opportunities
  • participate in team meetings and designated committees
  • support Badger Built large-scale events and other athletics initiatives
  • contribute to reporting, strategic planning, and special projects
  • perform other duties as assigned to support Wisconsin Athletics' mission and strategic goals
  • assist with the design of student-focused programming and associated resources and materials to promote new and ongoing educational initiatives
  • serve on collaborative committees and execute essential and administrative functions
  • provide guidance on resources for individual students or internal stakeholder groups
  • assist with supervising and training student employees
  • assist with scheduling, logistics, securing resources, and facilitating one or multiple student affairs programs, activities, and/or services
