Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person events for ultra-high net worth individuals and targeted audience segments
- Develop and implement event strategies designed to attract prospective clients
- Conduct research on market trends to inform event programming
- Assist with business leadership reporting and maintain event calendars
- Identify and align programming with broader business objectives
- Track event success and analyze effectiveness
- Assist in developing engaging event content and collaborate with cross-marketing teams
- Ensure advisors are aware of new materials and upcoming events through internal communications
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage event registration and attendee data
- Manage multiple event projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets
- Collaborate closely with leadership, private wealth advisors, content specialists, and compliance officers
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless event execution
- Lead end-to-end event planning and manage junior team members
- Ensure event compliance with regulations and internal policies
