Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook or grill cook
  • Preferred hospital kitchen experience
  • Ability to commute reliably within 25 miles of Boston, MA
  • Willingness to relocate to Boston, MA 02115 if not already local
  • Professionalism and strong kitchen skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including morning, day, and evening
  • Availability for full-time or part-time work

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook or grill cook in restaurants, catering, or cafeterias
  • Preferred hospital kitchen experience
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, days, and evenings
  • Commitment to professionalism and culinary excellence

Job Duties

  • Cook in fast-paced commercial kitchens - grill, saute, breakfast, etc.
  • Prep meals to specification and uphold top-tier food safety standards
  • Use and maintain kitchen equipment including fryers, flat tops, ovens, and grills
  • Keep the station clean, organized, and running efficiently
  • Bring energy, reliability, and professionalism to every shift
  • Manage food prep and ensure quality control of dishes
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain smooth service flow
