Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- proven sous chef or leadership experience in upscale restaurant or hotel
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience managing high-volume kitchen operations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand and walk continuously
- capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- good manual dexterity and visual acuity
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sous chef or similar leadership role
- demonstrated skill in menu creation and high-volume kitchen management
