Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior supervisory experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple locations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shift schedules
- Willingness to relocate as needed
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work various shifts across the week
- Experience managing multiple teams or locations
- Proficient in P&L management
- Capability to develop and coach management staff
- Willingness to relocate
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to General Managers across multiple restaurants
- Develop staff and ensure team adherence to McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor and manage restaurant Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
- Conduct performance reviews with General Managers and oversee their reviews for managers and staff
- Travel regularly to support assigned restaurants
- Foster a positive, fun work environment while reducing staff turnover
