Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Over 10 years management experience in elevator or related industries
- Strong problem definition and data analysis skills
- Ability to interpret technical instructions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or IUEC full mechanic certification
- Over 10 years upper-level management experience in elevator or related industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret complex technical instructions
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicles report
- Experience in project management and financial oversight
- Familiarity with elevator industry codes and standards
Job Duties
- Drive and support a culture of safety throughout the organization
- Drive success of area new installation processes from booking to turnover
- Review P&L and financial reports to monitor branch performance and ensure budget goals are met
- Plan, direct, and prioritize elevator new installations with area manpower needs
- Visit job sites to survey progress, troubleshoot, and perform quality audits
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers
- Implement and oversee strategic fade initiatives and participate in bids of complex new installation jobs
- Assist with and provide approval for change orders, purchase orders, elevator turnover authorizations, accounts receivable, write-offs, and credits
- Maintain knowledge of company products and industry codes
- Support execution of US Field Operations and Region initiatives
- Possibly oversee project field crew for special tasks or projects
