Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in food service or restaurant management
- strong leadership capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to travel regularly to multiple store locations
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency with business management software
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Drive financial success by ensuring budget and financial projections are met
- recruit and retain high-quality management talent
- implement and monitor business controls, customer service strategies, and company policies
- conduct regular visits to store locations to enforce Wingstop standards and policies
- lead training programs to improve staff performance and build a winning culture
- collaborate on district-level marketing strategies and ensure effective execution of promotions and initiatives
- develop strategies to achieve optimal staffing levels and retain top talent
- ensure all food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation protocols are followed
- oversee audits and ensure compliance with labor, safety, and operational regulations
- complete all required reports and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
