Job Requirements
- At least 20 years old
- legally authorized to work in the US
- valid passport
- minimum 2 years of flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience highly preferred
- full flexibility for variable schedules including day, night, weekend, and holidays
- willingness to travel and work on transcontinental flights
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years flight attendant experience
- prior leadership or purser experience preferred
- experience on A220 or E-Jet aircraft is a plus
- valid passport
- legally authorized to work in the US
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead onboard service team
- mentor new-hire flight attendants
- coordinate cabin activities
- oversee in-flight service and sales
- handle passenger escalations
- ensure safety duties are fulfilled
- maintain premium cabin service standards
