Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally with assistance
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday 7 am to 5 pm
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and follow safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- One year or more experience in appliance delivery and installation service preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possession or ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally with lifting equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver white glove service
- Mechanical skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Job Duties
- Perform basic appliance installation and learn custom appliance installations through provided training
- Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances like washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators accurately
- Ensure appliances are damage-free, installed according to manufacturer’s specifications, and fully functioning
- Interact professionally and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers
- Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay updated on product changes
- Provide driver duties and responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of safety and quality in all installations
