Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- ensure tables are properly set and clean before seating new guests
- maintain knowledge of the menu, including any specials or seasonal items
- respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
- handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- process payments and provide accurate change and receipts to guests
- assist in cleaning and resetting tables as needed
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
