Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • ensure tables are properly set and clean before seating new guests
  • maintain knowledge of the menu, including any specials or seasonal items
  • respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
  • handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
  • process payments and provide accurate change and receipts to guests
  • assist in cleaning and resetting tables as needed
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
