Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably upscale or private club
  • ability to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • strong knife skills and culinary techniques
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of line cook experience, preferably in upscale or private club settings
  • strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation techniques
  • excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
  • positive attitude and commitment to hospitality excellence
  • ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute a la carte breakfast and lunch items to club standards
  • set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently, adhering to health and sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and timely execution
  • assist with prep work for upcoming services and events as needed
  • communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure member satisfaction
