Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Advanced customer relations training such as passenger services, baggage services, ground operations, dangerous goods regulations, weight and balance
- Sound knowledge of Amadeus reservations and ticketing including industrial and agent discounted tickets
- High computer literacy
- Five years of job-related experience
- Legal right to live and work in the U.S.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Dallas

Job Duties
- Supervise and control flight-handling activities such as flight editing, check-in, transfers, and boarding
- Act as a station coordinator liaising with Ground Handling Agents and airport departments
- Ensure performance targets are met and on-time flight closure and boarding
- Facilitate ramp handling activities coordinating with caterers, fuel, maintenance, cargo, and crew
- Plan efficient duty allocation for customer service agents maximizing resource utilization
- Review aircraft allocations based on movement signals, late arrivals, and loads
- Support airport services during flight disruptions, misconnections, and denied boarding and provide passenger support
