Job Requirements
- Ability to work early morning rotation
- Six months experience in face-to-face guest service preferred
- Data entry or computer experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pass criminal background screening
- Pass drug testing process
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to push luggage cages weighing up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours
- Must follow company appearance guidelines
- Must be able to manage credit card payments
- Ability to handle noise and maintain focus in busy environment
Job Qualifications

- Clear communication skills
- Knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screenings
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Assist guests with check-in of luggage to airlines
- Verify flight itinerary and number of bags
- Process payment for checked bags including credit cards
- Weigh and tag luggage appropriately
- Provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts to guests
- Secure luggage immediately upon acceptance
- Maintain positive and professional attitude
- Organize and stock concierge desk
- Answer telephones and guest inquiries
- Manage payment transactions accurately
- Uphold safety, security, and hazardous material procedures
