Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
- Personal proof of insurance
- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs including stairs, ramps, and airport tarmacs
- Comfortable using smartphones for routing, digital logs, and communication

- Ability to work scheduled shifts reliably
- Strict adherence to procedures and documentation
- Airport access and security requirements must be met

Job Duties
- Execute time-critical catering deliveries to private airports, FBOs, and corporate aviation clients
- Safely operate company vehicles such as box vans and cars in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Verify orders against invoices and packing slips prior to departure
- Maintain proper temperature control, labeling, and setup standards
- Follow detailed delivery and client-specific protocols
- Obtain accurate Proof of Delivery (POD) and immediately report discrepancies or issues
- Communicate professionally with flight crews, FBO staff, and on-site contacts
- Complete vehicle inspections, logs, and cleanliness standards
- Refuel using company Fuelman card and upload receipts per procedure
- Complete store runs and assist with packing or facility support as needed when off route
