Job Requirements

  • Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to use reservation and ticketing software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions that impact job duties

Job Duties

  • Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilize reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Lift and load customer bags onto baggage belts and ensure safe handling of freight and mail
  • Operate company vehicles to transport luggage on the tarmac
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining operational efficiency
  • Adapt to irregular and extended shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service to ensure passenger satisfaction
