Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of air export or freight forwarding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive shipments
- Weekend availability as needed

Job Duties
- Preparing air export documentation including air waybills commercial invoices SLIs and AES filings
- Booking cargo space with airlines and coordinating pickups with truckers
- Monitoring flight schedules and shipment progress
- Ensuring all shipments comply with U.S. Customs and international export regulations
- Providing clients with timely shipment updates and resolving any issues or delays
- Submitting RFQs and quotes and supporting pricing strategy
- Processing billing and ensuring invoice accuracy
- Inspecting outgoing freight and ensuring it is ready for transport
