Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Ability to work in high-noise environments
  • Willingness to adhere to TWU collective bargaining agreement and union membership

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to communicate, read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
  • Experience operating cargo handling equipment desirable but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Load and unload cargo including mail, express, freight, and company material
  • Receive, deliver, and physically handle freight and company material at designated docks
  • Complete required forms and messages related to warehouse operations
  • Perform routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, and facilities as assigned
  • Assist in monitoring facility security and comply with site security procedures
  • Report security breaches, suspicious activities, or non-compliance to management or through whistleblower programs
  • Operate basic cargo handling equipment such as forklifts, aircraft pallets, and pallet jacks
  • Move air cargo within warehouse and between aircraft and semitrucks
  • Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions, and accompanying documents
  • Communicate via hand signals and voice commands during aircraft push-out and towing functions
  • Understand and react appropriately to verbal commands and safety warnings
