Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to work in high-noise environments
- Willingness to adhere to TWU collective bargaining agreement and union membership

- Ability to communicate, read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
- Experience operating cargo handling equipment desirable but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Load and unload cargo including mail, express, freight, and company material
- Receive, deliver, and physically handle freight and company material at designated docks
- Complete required forms and messages related to warehouse operations
- Perform routine cleaning of work areas, ramps, and facilities as assigned
- Assist in monitoring facility security and comply with site security procedures
- Report security breaches, suspicious activities, or non-compliance to management or through whistleblower programs
- Operate basic cargo handling equipment such as forklifts, aircraft pallets, and pallet jacks
- Move air cargo within warehouse and between aircraft and semitrucks
- Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions, and accompanying documents
- Communicate via hand signals and voice commands during aircraft push-out and towing functions
- Understand and react appropriately to verbal commands and safety warnings
