Job Duties
- Bussing - removing dirty dishes and trash from the table and taking them to the dish station
- Turning - cleaning tables, chairs, floors and surrounding area, then resetting the table with clean plates, new silverware and fresh condiments
- Pre-bussing - removing unused items from tables between courses
- Informing the Seater / Coordinator when tables are ready to be sat
- Getting refills for beverages
- Assisting the ESP’s
- Helping out with bottlenecks
- Paying special attention to complicated information like credit card numbers, delivery addresses, special instructions / notes, etc.
- Providing accurate promise times for Pick Up and Delivery orders
- Answering common guest questions
- Taking messages for management
- Backing up other FOH employees
