Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 90 days experience in a food service setting
  • Obtain food handler certification within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to operate food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer
  • Physical ability to push, pull, and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds
  • Excellent integrity
  • Taking initiative
  • Good moral character
  • Basic math skills

  • Great interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Produce quality and visually appealing food products using various cooking methods
  • Operate all food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the food preparation area
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure food production is completed within allotted time frames
  • Assist with inventory management and food storage practices
  • Follow all health and safety regulations including proper food handling procedures
  • Perform related duties as assigned
