Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of clerical experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Detail oriented

Job Duties

  • Serve as key receptionist at front desk
  • Document preparation including memos, reports, and presentations
  • General office operations including photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing, office supplies procurement
  • Serve as primary contact for internal and external communications
  • Information management including site calendars, contact lists
  • Meeting and event planning
  • Special projects including research and data analysis
  • Other duties as assigned
