Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of office experience providing customer service
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency with office software and database systems

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience providing customer service
  • Experience working in a residential setting preferred
  • Large database management experience preferred
  • 3 or more years of office experience providing customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for individuals and groups providing organizational information via phone, in person, and other communication mediums
  • Prepares and audits complex records, edits documents, and reviews work done by others
  • Develops, sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications according to established policies and procedures
  • Develops, implements, and maintains methods and organizational systems for electronic and physical records related to work operations
  • Trains student staff in office-related tasks
  • Conducts building inspections
