Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 plus years previous administrative experience or equivalent
- intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio or OrgPlus, and Lotus Notes or Outlook
- ability to operate with general instruction and some supervision
- capability to handle confidential or business-sensitive information
- keyboard use for greater or equal to 50 percent of the workday

Job Duties
- Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures
- answering phones
- calendar management
- scheduling travel
- managing correspondence
- scheduling couriers
- processing expense reports
- meeting and event planning
- creating or modifying business documents
- preparing presentations from source materials
- handling teleconference and phone setups
- acting as a liaison for remote access issues
- support tracking budget expenditures
- coordinates and maintains departmental files in compliance with corporate and government regulations
- follows purchasing and requisition procedures
- adheres to corporate security and privacy rules
- follows corporate branding guidelines and copy center procedures
- orders business cards and stationery
- uses intermediate to advanced software skills
- utilizes Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software including corporate travel website and employee performance management systems
- coordinates new employee office setups and onboarding
- trains or coordinates work for new administrative assistants
