- maintains welcoming front office environment

- maintains organized filing systems for front office
- distributes incoming mail
- ensures reception area materials are current and organized
- receives and logs deliveries
- maintains inventory of front office supplies
- alerts supervisor when supplies are low
- reports office facility issues to appropriate person
- reserves conference rooms and sets up basic meeting spaces
- ensures meeting spaces are clean and ready
- greets meeting attendees and directs them appropriately
- prepares simple refreshments when requested
- operates multi-line phone system proficiently
- uses basic features of Microsoft Office
- operates standard office equipment
- navigates agency website to answer basic questions
