  • ability to work five days per week in the Mojave Water Agency office location

  • provides basic information about agency services and office hours

  • scans, files, and retrieves basic documents
  • maintains organized filing systems for front office
  • distributes incoming mail
  • ensures reception area materials are current and organized
  • receives and logs deliveries
  • maintains inventory of front office supplies
  • alerts supervisor when supplies are low
  • reports office facility issues to appropriate person
  • reserves conference rooms and sets up basic meeting spaces
  • ensures meeting spaces are clean and ready
  • greets meeting attendees and directs them appropriately
  • prepares simple refreshments when requested
  • operates multi-line phone system proficiently
  • uses basic features of Microsoft Office
  • operates standard office equipment
  • navigates agency website to answer basic questions
