Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related and appropriate field or Associate's Degree with relevant experience
- Minimum of 4,000 hours of field experience in the past five years
- Compliance with FVTC and Higher Learning Commission standards
- ServSafe certification
- Proficiency in learning management system
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing assignments
- Effective professional communication skills
- Background check prior to employment

Job Duties
- Develop and implement instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs

- Build and maintain relationships with community and industry partners
- Advocate for student success and collaborate with student services
