Job Requirements
- Ability to effectively plan, set priorities and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated work ethic, drive, energy and persistence to achieve goals
- Maintain professionalism in changing and difficult situations
- Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret business policies, procedures and corporate communications
- Strong interpersonal skills to represent company effectively in diverse settings
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Ability to pass criminal background, MVR and drug screen
Job Duties
- Understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance
- Improve financial performance and profitability of the account
- Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping for associates
- Engage actively in recruitment, hiring, training, coaching and performance management of associates
- Ensure consistent guest/patient service experience across all shifts
- Build and maintain cohesive relationships and regular communication with clients
- Monitor sales opportunities and support internal growth through client relationship management
