Job Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency training in internal medicine or equivalent
- Fellowship training in rheumatology
- Board certification or eligibility in rheumatology
- Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in outpatient and inpatient clinical care
Job Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility in rheumatology
- Completion of an accredited rheumatology fellowship
- Excellent clinical skills in adult rheumatology
- Strong motivation to grow and expand rheumatology services
- Ability to work effectively in a collegial team environment
- Experience or interest in teaching and mentoring fellows
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Job Duties
- Provide outpatient adult rheumatology services
- Perform inpatient consult rounding services
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Participate in teaching and mentoring opportunities as desired
- Engage in clinical growth and expansion of rheumatology services
- Utilize EPIC medical record platform for patient documentation
- Contribute to the program's academic and research initiatives as appropriate
