Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution, supply chain, business management, or construction management
- Current junior with plans to graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
- Demonstrated leadership skills through previous employment or extracurricular activities
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment
Job Duties
- Receive and move products in the warehouse
- Load trucks and handle dispatch and delivery logistics
- Provide customer service, manage order entry, and support inside sales
- Shadow a Territory Manager for outside sales experience
- Complete and present a high-impact business project at corporate headquarters
- Participate in biweekly coaching sessions to enhance learning
- Collaborate with branch teams to support daily operations
