Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 or older
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- Ability to work a sporadic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina
- Legal authorization to work
- Willingness to follow safety and hygiene guidelines

Job Duties
- Support the Director of Food and Beverage and Chef in preparing game and event food
- Cook food items using various kitchen gadgets and methods
- Ensure food items are fresh and of high quality
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work area
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with preparation of team meals, stand, and premium space food
- Collaborate with kitchen and food service staff to ensure smooth operations
