Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- satisfactory driving record

Job Qualifications
- actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution, supply chain, business management, or construction management
- current juniors with plans to graduate between December 2026 and May 2027
- proven leadership, teamwork, and work ethic demonstrated through previous jobs or extracurricular activities
- personable, driven, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
Job Duties
- receiving and moving products in the warehouse
- loading trucks and handling dispatch and delivery logistics
- providing customer service, order entry, and inside sales support
- shadowing a Territory Manager for outside sales experience
- completing and presenting a high-impact business project at corporate headquarters
- participating in biweekly coaching sessions to enhance learning
